At Cinematic Pet Art, each video is custom-made based on the photos, details, and preferences provided by the customer. Because of the personalized nature of this service, refunds are limited.

1. Cancellations Before Production

You may cancel your order for a full refund before production begins.

2. No Refunds After Production Has Started

Once work has started on your order, cancellations are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.

This is because time, creative work, and production resources are committed specifically to your custom video.

3. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:

  • We are unable to complete your order
  • Your order is canceled by us before delivery
  • The delivered work significantly differs from the agreed order details
  • A duplicate payment was made in error

Any refund decision will be made at our reasonable discretion after reviewing the situation.

4. AI-Generated Results

Our videos involve AI-assisted creation and artistic interpretation. Because of this, exact replication of your pet's appearance, markings, expression, movement, or other details cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Minor differences in appearance or style
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Issues caused by unclear, low-quality, or inaccurate submitted materials

5. Revisions and Order Issues

If your package includes revisions, they will be handled according to the description of that package.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution based on the circumstances and the package purchased.
