Cinematic Pet Art provides custom cinematic pet videos created from photos and reference materials submitted by customers.

Our services may include:

• Custom short cinematic pet videos based on your submitted materials
• Personalized themes, text overlays, and stylistic elements depending on the selected package
• Delivery by email or Instagram DM, as specified in your order

Because our work involves AI-assisted creation, editing, and artistic interpretation, final results may vary slightly from expectations and exact replication cannot be guaranteed.

3. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Cinematic Pet Art.
• Pricing will be shown on the website or communicated before production begins.
• Payment must be completed before production starts.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment information.
• Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will be honored at the price agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund before production begins.
• Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and refunds will not be issued.
• If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution based on the package purchased.
• Refunds are only provided in limited cases, such as when we are unable to complete the order or when the delivered work significantly differs from the agreed order details.

5. Your Content

By submitting photos, videos, or other materials ("Your Content"), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use and share it
• You have the right to submit it to us for the purpose of creating your custom video
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

You grant Cinematic Pet Art a limited license to use Your Content only for the purpose of creating, delivering, and supporting your order.

We will only display completed work on our website, portfolio, or social media with your permission, or in accordance with the sharing preferences you selected when ordering.

Submitted materials will be handled with care and may be deleted upon request after delivery, unless we are required to retain certain information for business, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.

6. Intellectual Property and Usage

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered video.

This means:

• You may share the video on your personal social media accounts
• You may keep it for personal use or share it with friends and family
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use the video for commercial purposes without prior written permission

Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

Cinematic Pet Art retains all rights to its production process, creative methods, editing style, prompts, and related production techniques.

7. Delivery

• Estimated production time is generally 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume, technical issues, holidays, or order complexity.
• Videos will be delivered using the contact method provided in your order, such as email or Instagram DM.
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cinematic Pet Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, offensive, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
• Use our services for any unlawful or misleading purpose
• Attempt to copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or exploit our production methods or creative process
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information when placing an order

10. Resolving Issues

If any issue arises in connection with these Terms of Service or our services, both parties agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter through direct communication.
