1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cinematic Pet Art's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Our Services

Cinematic Pet Art provides custom handcrafted cinematic video creation services for pets. Our services include:

• Custom 10-second cinematic pet videos created from your submitted photos and videos
• Personalized themes, music, and text overlays as requested
• Delivery via email or Instagram DM as specified at the time of order

3. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Cinematic Pet Art.
• The production fee is $200 USD per video. Payment details will be provided after order review.
• Payment must be completed before production begins.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.
• Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be issued.
• If you are unsatisfied with the final video, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and only in cases where the delivered video significantly deviates from the agreed specifications.

5. Your Content

By submitting photos, videos, or other materials ("Your Content"), you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to use all submitted materials.
• Grant Cinematic Pet Art a limited license to use Your Content solely for the purpose of creating your ordered video.
• Agree that we may showcase the completed video on our portfolio or social media only with your explicit written permission.
• Understand that submitted materials will be handled with care and deleted upon request after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered video. The following restrictions apply:

• You may share the video on personal social media accounts.
• Commercial use of the video requires a separate written agreement.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the video to third parties.
• Cinematic Pet Art retains all underlying creative rights to the production techniques and styles used.

7. Delivery

• Estimated production time is approximately 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and complexity.
• Videos are delivered via the contact method (email or Instagram DM) specified in your order.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the provided contact information is accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cinematic Pet Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our production methods.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in your order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
